Rachel Taylor - Super Assistant

After joining Family Law Results as a Director of First Impressions in May of 2008 I was offered a role as Super Assistant within my first week! As a Super Assistant I love getting things done and helping our lawyers to progress client matters as efficiently and effectively as possible.

A recent migrant to Auckland from Whangarei, I spend a lot of time at the speedway with my partner, who's a Super Stock driver. I enjoy spending time with my friends and heading back to Whangarei whenever possible to see family. 

What does a Super Assistant do?

The Family Law Results' Super Assistants are the key support staff for our Legal Eagles (lawyers). Their role is to make sure that their Legal Eagles have everything they need to look after their clients. They manage client appointments, help with letters, court documents, etc, liaise with court and other lawyers' staff and help ensure that our clients are being looked after.

If your lawyer is tied up in court or with other clients, the Super Assistants are the people to talk to - they have their finger on the pulse and know who to talk to to get things done.
