Service Description

Reviewing your Contracting Out Agreement regularly is vitally important if you want to ensure it stands the test of time and isn't the subject of costly negotiations and litigation in the future. In this consultation, we will discuss your Agreement and assess whether it needs to be amended. Prior to your consultation, you will be emailed a brief questionnaire that we ask you complete and email back to us.

Cancellation Policy

We get that life happens and you may need to reschedule your consultation. If that happens, please email lawyers@familylawresults.co.nz in advance of your appointment. We have high demand for consultations so, out of fairness for others, if you miss your appointment without prior notice there may be some delay before we can schedule a new appointment for you.
