Service Description

Laying the foundations and being prepared before each meeting is an important part of creating an effective Collaborative Process. In this consultation, we will be doing just that. This consultation is an opportunity for us to discuss and prepare for your forthcoming joint Collaborative meeting, review any action points that were to have been completed before the meeting and to understand, from your perspective, what's important to you about the agenda items for that meeting. This consultation will be held by Zoom. Upon booking, you will receive an email that contains the link to use to join the Zoom meeting. Please allow up to one hour for this consultation. If you have opted to be charged on a Fixed Fee basis, this consultation is included within your fixed fee. If you are not being charged on a fixed fee, you will be invoiced for this consultation.

Cancellation Policy

We get that life happens and you may need to reschedule your consultation. If that happens, please email lawyers@familylawresults.co.nz in advance of your appointment. We have high demand for consultations so, out of fairness for others, if you miss your appointment without prior notice there may be some delay before we can schedule a new appointment for you.
