Service Description

Laying the foundations is an important part of creating an effective FDR process. In this consultation, we will start doing just that. This consultation is an opportunity for you to get to know us better, to learn more about the mediation process and to ask any questions you may have. It allows us the chance to understand, from your perspective, the situation that you have come to FDR about. Most importantly, it is an opportunity for us to further assess whether FDR is the appropriate course for you and your family. This consultation will be held by Phone. We will call you at the time of your appointment. Please allow up to one hour for this consultation.

Cancellation Policy

We get that life happens and you may need to reschedule your consultation. If that happens, please email lawyers@familylawresults.co.nz in advance of your appointment. We have high demand for consultations so, out of fairness for others, if you miss your appointment without prior notice there may be some delay before we can schedule a new appointment for you.
