Service Description

Laying the foundations is an important part of creating an effective mediation process. In this consultation, we will start doing just that. This consultation is an opportunity for you to get to know us better and to have your mediator assist you to prepare for the joint mediation meeting. It allows us the chance to understand, from your perspective, the situation that you have come to mediation about and what is important to you about any outcome and how we arrive at it. This consultation will be held by Zoom. Upon booking, you will receive an email that contains the link to use to join the Zoom meeting. Please allow up to one hour for this consultation.

Cancellation Policy

We get that life happens and you may need to reschedule your consultation. If that happens, please email lawyers@familylawresults.co.nz in advance of your appointment. We have high demand for consultations so, out of fairness for others, if you miss your appointment without prior notice there may be some delay before we can schedule a new appointment for you.
