Kelly is an accredited mediator, a relationship mediator, a certified divorce coach and a transition and recovery coach. She also specialises in conflicted co-parenting coaching, collaborative process, and pre-mediation divorce coaching to help clients prepare, plan for, and confidently navigate and engage in the separation and divorce process through individualised support and skill building.
Kelly is a director on several New Zealand-wide company boards. She is depute Chair of Collaborative Resolution New Zealand (CRNZ), a committee member of the IACP Australasian Taskforce and co-Chair of the Steering Group for the Australasia/South East Asian Conference at Brisbane in 2025.
Kelly completed the Coach in Collaborative Practice course with Shelby Timmins (NSW, Australia) this year and hope to educate, grow and encourage the role of the divorce coach in Collaborative Practice in New Zealand.
Through her own experience and extensive training, Kelly focuses on sharing her legal, business, mediation and coaching strategies to help individuals, families and businesses through difficult times to make informed, intentional decisions about their future.
