Our Savvy Separation Consultations for Couples provides you with a private, personalised workshop together to learn what is involved in getting the legal, financial and child arrangements of your separation sorted out. We will assist you to both be on the same page about your next steps.

If Court can be avoided, we’ll let you know. We’ll help you plan a way through your family law problem and, if need be, connect you with the right, other, professionals you need.

Separation Savvy Sessions
When you are facing a separation or divorce, approaching it in a smart and savvy way means you can avoid unnecessary costs and acrimony.

Help you devise a plan for moving forward, including steps you can do yourself, that is tailored to your situation.
You may come on your own or as a couple to these Savvy Separation Sessions.
“What Next?” Strategy Session
If you are facing a family law problem, aside from a recent separation, and want to ensure you are on the right track, then joining us for a “What Next?” Strategy Session is the smart move to make.

These sessions are ideal if you have been struggling to
get resolution on a family law problem, if you have
been served with Court papers, are amid court
proceedings or think Court may be needed.
​
In these sessions:

We’ll take the time to learn about what is important to you as you sort through your family law problems.

We can, together, assess whether your situation is suitable for being resolved without the ongoing need for Court.

If proceedings have already been issued or we assess these are required, we will walk you through what to expect and the next steps that you need to take.

If you want representation by a lawyer we will discuss your options and, if a barrister is required, introduce you to the barrister that we think will be a good fit for you.

We can assist you to devise a tailored plan for moving forward that is specific to your situation and that includes steps you can take yourself.

If you want to do as much as possible yourself, we can guide you through what you need to do and how.
The Resolution Path Seminar
